One of most popular Luhansk websites closed down

One of the once most popular Luhansk Internet portals TOP (top.lg.ua) closed down. Currently, its starting page only has a photo of Luhansk and a text “We will be back!”.
No reasons are specified as to why it closed down. This portal has been around for more than ten years.
The last months, the website mostly published pro-Ukrainian information.
