One more journalist from Chernivtsi was summoned for interrogation in Lviv

13.09.2017, 00:03
On September 12, the National police summons for interrogation to the Main Department of National Police in Lvivska oblast one more journalist of Chernivtsi - chief editor of the newspaper “Chas” Petro Kobevka in the case on entry to Ukraine of Mikheil Saakashvili on September 10. This was reported on the website of newspaper “Chas”. “They brought a summon to investigator in Lviv in Saakashvili case. But I will not manage to get there. It's too late. I am not worried about this, I am worried about lack of professionalism and the provocative tone of it all. How much longer will it last? Why are they summoning journalists to Lviv? We will report everything we saw in mass media, anyway. Is this an attempt to intimidate us? Will not work. Too late for this.”, he wrote in his Facebook page.   As IMI reported before, on September 12, the editor of the portal “Bukinfo” Serhiy Zarayskyi was visited by police officers who attempted to deliver him an official summon for interrogation in Lviv. The journalist thinks that this was related to his coverage of Mikheil Saakashvili coming to Ukraine.. On September 10, Mikheil Saakashvili accompanied by many supporters broke through the border of Ukraine and now stays in Lviv.
