On February 12th, "White paper of special information operations against Ukraine 2014-2018" to be presented -Ministry of information policy
On 12 February 2019, the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine will present its research, "White Paper of Special Information Operations against Ukraine 2014-2018," at the press center of Ukrinform news agency, as the web-site of the Ministry of information policy of Ukraine reported. "White Paper of Special Information Operations against Ukraine 2014-2018" is a collection of Russian propaganda fakes aimed at undermining Ukraine’s territorial integrity and discrediting it in the international arena. It is structured in the form of a set of "serials" (narratives) with several "seasons" (subnarratives) in each, showing how the same topics have been used by Russian propagandists during the years 2014 to 2018. The staff of the Ministry, who have contributed to the White Paper, have shown what topics were most commonly used in information attacks against Ukraine, how they were launched and through what channels disinformation was spread.
