On August 10 and 11, online video lecture "Journalism of Independent Ukraine: history from the first-person"

The Georgiy Gongadze Prize will film new video lecture "Journalism of Independent Ukraine: History from the First Person" on August 10 and 11.

Prominent Ukrainian journalists will speak about how key media were created, the events in which they had been active figures, as well as about the emergency of trends and phenomena that determined the news agenda in Ukraine.

The lecturers of the second part will be: Myroslava Gongadze, Yuriy Makarov, Vitaliy Sych, Oleksa Shalaisky, Yevhen Hlibovytsky Natalia Humenyuk, Valentyna Klymenko, Efrem Lukatsky, Inna Kuznetsova, Yulia Mostova.

The program:

August 10, 10:15 - 16:00: Yevhen Hlibovytsky, Inna Kuznetsova, Yulia Mostova;

August 11, 10:15 - 17:00: Natalia Humenyuk, Valentyna Klymenko, Efrem Lukatsky.

The shooting will take place in “Izone”, 12, Naberezhno-Luhova street.

The presentation of the second part of the project will take place in the fall on the Facebook pages of the Georgy Gongadze Prize and partners.

The second part of the lecture is supported by the Ukrainian Media Development Fund program, which is administered by the Press, Education and Culture Section of the US Embassy in Ukraine.
