NTN camera operator has returned from terrorists’ captivity

On August 6, late at night the camera operator of Donetsk correspondent office of the TV channel NTN  Oleksander Osadcy, who on August 2 had been captured by the terrorists from the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, has returned home in Donetsk, as was reported on the NTN website.

Oleksander was abducted on August 2 in Donetsk, and till the evening August 6 his whereabouts were unknown. The DNR gunmen believed he was a firing pointer  and kept him for 5 days in the basement of one of the captured administrative buildings in Donetsk until it was proven he works for a media outelt.

Oleksander, his family and the NTN TV channel thank every person, who facilitated his release and supported his family.
