No one punished for attacks on journalists in Berdiansk

Director of TV "TV-Berdшansk" Viktoria Gorbatko reported on law enforcement agencies inaction in investigation of cases of attacks on TRC "Yuh" journalists, in Berdyansk. She stated this during a discussion "Safety of journalists basic standard of free media", held in Zaporizhia, according to "Media Detector" with referring to NUJU.

Recall, several attacks and beating of the TV channel "Yuh" crew occurred in Summer 2016. Police, still, have not established nor punished responsible for actions.
Gorbatko noted, that she spoke with the head of the Department for reception of citizens and consideration of complaints and inquiries of Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine Oleg Ulints, and with representatives of the Investigation Department of the National police. Officials promised their assistance and to monitor the progress of the case.
However, according to the director, currently, there are no changes. Prosecutors are keeping to avoid meetings with TV broadcasters.
