On October 27, a special issue newspaper in Brovarakh spread newspapers with a fake CEC decision allegedly withdrawing from the registration the candidate from the UDAR (Punch!) party Paul Rizanenka, according to the press office of the NGO Public Protection Kiev Region.
Thus, the district extends special issue Brovary city and district councils, "New Life" is dated October 27.
On the front page of the newspaper was falsified information about the removal of Rizanenka, which said it was CEC decision № 1887 of 26.10.2012.
A resolution with this number does exist on the CEC website, but it deals with "The complaint of Sosyury V., trustee candidate for people's deputies of Ukraine in the single-mandate electoral district № 93 AA Frost, registered in the Central Election Commission on October 25 2012 № 21-36-34379."
Earlier Rizanenko claimed that his attempt to withdraw from the election came from personal instructions from Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.
Recall, the Fatherland party in district 97 withdrew its candidate in favor Rizanenka. His rival is Azarov Mykola Fedorenko.
