Near Parliament building, journalist of NewsOne had her microphone pried off her hand by protesters who took her for LifeNews agent

On August 31 in Kyiv, protesters near the Parliament building forcefully took the microphone from the journalist of the TV channel NewsOne Anastasiya Dainod during her live broadcast, as they took her for a journalist of a pro-Russian channel. The journalist tried to persuade the protesters that she represented a Ukrainian channel. Some protesters asked to return her the taken microphone, and it was done. Police appeared at the scene, and started to identify the journalist. Many protesters, however, continued to suspect the journalist of preparing a biased report, and yelled that they do not want to be filmed or interviewed.
