Nayyem summoned to General Prosecutor’s Office for interrogation
Journalist Mustafa Nayyem was summoned to the General Prosecutor’s Office for interrogation regarding the case of the crackdown on EuroMaidan on November 30. This is the information the journalist himself provided to Ukrainska Pravda.
He was asked to come and testify at a time convenient for him. The journalist planned to do it without delay, on Monday.
For the context, on the eve of November 30 the "Berkut" unit fighters conducted a rough crackdown of the peaceful pro-European rally, caused by the previous "suspension" of the association treaty with the European Union.
Now, the crackdown order against this "EuroMaidan" rally is blamed on the vice-secretary of the Council for National Security and Defense Volodymyr Sivkovych, the head of Kyiv city state administration Oleksander Popov, and the chief of Kyiv police, Valeriy Koriak, along with the latter’s substitute, Petro Fedchuk.
