National watchdog repealed sanction of “warning”

On March 23, the National council of Television and Radio Broadcasting won’t issue warning to broadcasters and ISPs who infringed the license terms and the law of Ukraine. The “warning” sanction has been repealed. This was reported on the website of the National Council.

The decision of the watchdog to amend this normative act was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 10 and published on March 23 in the official bulletin “Ofitsiyny Visnyk Ukrainy” № 22.
