National Council penalized 16 license holders for failure to reveal ownership structure

The National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine imposed penalties on 16 TV and radio providers for violation of the legislation's requirements regarding filing information on the structure of ownership. This resolution was approved by the National Council on July 7 at their meeting, the regulator's website notifies. The amount of penalty is 5% of the total license fees of each entity.
