The National Council for issues of TV and radio broadcasting produced protocols on administrative violations related to non-compliance of movies and TV series with the lease certificates terms by nine TV channels – «1+1», «2+2», ICTV, «Ukraina», NLO TV, Novyi Kanal, NTN, STB, and Business. The council filed protocols to the court to impose fines on these providers.
