National council announced warning to channels ZIK and TVi

Based on the results of an unscheduled inspection, the regulating agency identified absence of satellite broadcasting of the TV channel ZIK. Leadership of LLC – TV and Radio Company “Mist TV” explained that on July 5 the licensee started broadcasting on a satellite other than the one indicated in the license. Still, the National Council announced official warning to the TV channel. ZIK needs to eliminate this violation in a month. As to the TV channel TVi, National council also registered absence of satellite broadcasting. The regulating agency did not receive any explanation from the company. The National Council announced official warning and gave the channel two months to bring their activities into compliance with the legislation.
