Ministry of Environment website down for the fifth day in a row due to a cyber attack

The official website of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine is temporarily down due to a cyber attack that happened on February 23. The department reported this on Facebook on February 27.

"Our experts are working the relevant state bodies to restore the website within a week," the post reads.

Until the website is restored, all news and announcements regarding environmental protection will be posted on Facebook and Telegram.

As of February 28, the Ministry's website is still down.

Earlier, the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine reported that several web resources of Ukrainian state and local authorities suffered a cyberattack which led to the content of several pages on these resources being edited.
