"LPR" prohibited bradcasting of 23 Ukrainian TV channels and Russian "Dozhd"

On March 10, the so-called “council of ministers” of “LPR” limited broadcasting of 23 Ukrainian TV channels, as wellas the Russian “Dozhd” by a specific order. This was reported on the separatists’ website “Rpublican Informational Portal.” It states that it was done to secure “LPR”’s ‘national interests’.

In particular, the terrorists stated that they “limited broadcasting”, but in fact they prohibited the broadcasting of the following Ukrainian TV channels: “1+1”, “2+2”, “112 Ukraina”, channel “24”, Channel 5, Espreso TV, ICTV, Indygo TV, “Inter”, News One, Novy Kanal, NTN, “Rada”, “100”, STB, TET, Tonis, TVi, “Ukraina”, UNIAN TB, UBR, UTR, and the First National Channel, as well as the Russian channel “Dozhd”.
