LLC "Zoloty Korovai" demands from Zhytomyr.info UAH 90,000 for moral damages because of journalist’s blog

On November 25, the LLC «Zolotyi Korovai» filed a claim to Zhytomyr economic court with a demand to retrieve from the online media outlet Zhytomyr.info 90 thousand hryvnias for moral damages, caused by the publication in a blog (as the LLC claims, it contains negative information about the LLC “Zoloty Korovai”). This information originates from the media outlet’s website (http://www.zhitomir.info/news_141963.html).

In particular, the LLC complains about the blog of journalist Larysa Beketa named “On theories of Zhytomyr conspiracies”, published on the site on November 16, 2014.
