LIGA.net won trial about accusations in publication of “jeansa”

Information agency "LIGABiznesInform" won trial against Halyna Plachynda, who twice published message in her Facebook with claims that "jeansa" (paid publication not marked as ad) can allegedly be published on website LIGA.net. The court bound the author to refute the information on LIGA.net on her Facebook page (within 10 days after the sentence). This was the judgment of Shevchenkivskyi court of Kyiv, Liga reports. Court stated that no evidence for their claim was presented by the defendant, so the demands of LIGA.net were satisfied in full. The defendant also will have to compensate for court fees, in amount of UAH 640.
