Kuleba advises foreign policy-makers, experts, and media to prepare for a Russian defeat "already now"
Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba advised some policy-makers, experts, and media abroad which struggle to imagine a Ukrainian victory to start preparing for a Russian defeat. He wrote this on Twitter on December 5.
"Dear policy-makers, experts, media, and academia abroad. I know that some of you struggle to imagine a Ukrainian victory, but we are on the way to it. It is better to prepare for a Russian defeat already now, instead of trying to explain why Ukraine can not or should not win," Kuleba said.
Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron said the West should think how to meet Russia's need for security guarantees if Russian President Vladimir Putin agrees to talks to end the war in Ukraine.
This statement has been criticized in Ukraine and in some European countries, writes European Pravda.
