Journalist read an appeal from the journalists' community about the need to resolve the issue with open data publicing on the official website of the City Council. Such publications provided by the 835th Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The study, conducted within the "Data Bridge / Apps4Cities" project, demonstrated that Kropyvytsk City Council ignores open data policy.
