Kotsaba worked for Russian NTV and organized provocative interviews - court resolution

Blogger from Ivano-Frankivsk Ruslan Kotsaba, suspected of high treason, worked under orders of the Russian TV channel NTV. This was the resolution of Ivano-Frankivsk city court as of February 8.

“In the period from January 23 to January 25, Kotsaba, for a promised monetary reward, received an assignment from the correspondent of the Russian TV channel "NTV" about collection and preparation of reports on protest actions against mobilization on the territory of Ivano-Frankivska oblast, in particular, in the village of Cheremkhiv, Kolomyiskyi rayon”, the court judgment says.

On February 1, the court resolution states, Kotsaba tried, in the presence of a filming crew of the aggressor state's TV channel, to conduct a provocative interview with local residents, related to the mobilization campaign in Ukraine.

Kotsaba's video address of to the President of Ukraine “I am against mobilization” was used in Russian programs of three Russian channels.

Also, the judgment states that Kotsaba intended in the nearest future to get to the territory of the so-called "LPR" and "DPR", to continue his activities.
