Klychko's deputy was rude with journalists saying they are "no ones with no names", was forced by the mayor to apologize

04.03.2015, 21:13

On March 4, in Kyiv, the deputy of Kyiv city council from the faction "Udar-Solidarnist", Vladyslav Turets, was rude with mass media representatives in the city council hall. Kyiv mayor Vitaliy Klitschko promised to work with the city council deputies and explain them that they should treat one another and journalists with respect. This was his comment at the briefing with mass media about the incident that took place in the morning in the city council hall.

The incident itself took place near the elevator, where Vladyslav Turets was able to get into the elevator, as there were several journalists in line in front of him. The irritated deputy told the journalists that they are no-names and that elevator is for deputies.

Learning about the incident, Klitschko returned to the session hall and personally escorted Turets for making an apology. Turets apologized, explaining that he was in a hurry in the morning, and was very irritated.
