Journalists attacked in a Symferopol store

On January 25, 2013, journalists of Chornomorska TV and ITV were attacked in a store that sells cat fur in Symferopol. Journalists claim that they were dragged out of the store, with their microphone taken away, "Krym.Komentari." reported.

According to ITV journalist Oleg Zaykovsky, the district police department opened criminal proceedings on the fact of attack on the journalists.

The felony is pre-qualified on Part 1 Art. 171 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - impeding journalist professional activities.
