Journalist Zakharchuk was exchanged for Ukrainian prisoners of war

On February 21, Andriy Zakharchuk, citizen of Ukraine who worked for a Russian media outlet and who stands accused by the Security Service of Ukraine of high treason, was exchanged for Ukrainian prisoners of war captured by the terrorists. Zakharchuk plans to return to Petersburg and seek political asylum there, and to continue his professional career.
