Journalist Vladimir Pozner got on “Peacemaker” database
Vladimir Pozner, Russian prominent journalist and TV host got on the “Peacemaker” database, as to Krym.Realii (RFE/RL). The database “Peacemaker” has the data regarding the persons who are considered as “enemies of Ukraine”. Vladimir Pozner was put in the lists of enemies, as he “deliberately transgressed the borders of Ukraine and went to occupied Crimea”, as to the Peacemaker website. He also "was involved in propagandist activity that Russia launched against Ukraine" and tried to justify annexation of the Crimea. For his part, Posner confirmed that he went on trip to Crimea, as he had to preside the jury of the contest" TEFI-Capital”, but he did not consider himself an enemy of Ukraine. "April 18 or 19 (I do not remember well) I went to Yalta as the head of the jury of the television programs “TEFI-Capital", the final of which was held in this city. I arrived, held a jury meeting, went away.That’s all. Obviously, is became reason to bring me on this list, "- he wrote on his website. He also said that this ban to enter Ukraine for him would not affect him. "Am I the enemy of Ukraine ? Sure, I am not. Will it affect me if I am forbidden to enter Ukraine? It won’t. That's actually all ", - he wrote. Peacemaker Center is a NGO known for collecting data on suspected Donbas and Crimean separatists and foreign citizens who support them.
