Journalist suing «Lvivelectrotrans» over failure to provide information

The journalist of the website «Dostup do Pravdy» Natalia Patrikeyeva filed a lawsuit to Lviv district administrative court against the communal enterprise «Lvivelectrotrans» over its failure to provide information about salaries of its employees in response to the request. The media outlet reports this itself. «Dostup do Pravdy» reports that «Lvivelectrotrans» refuses to provide information about salaries of its employees, referring to the fact that this information has nothing to do with the enterprise using the state funds and so the enterprise is not the administrator of this information. But according to the Ukrainian legislation, the enterprise is indeed the administrator of this data. The lawsuit was drawn by the lawyer of NGP «Human Rights Platform» Oleksandr Burmahin. The court fee was paid by the initiative «For Access to Court», launched by journalist Nadia Virna.
