Journalist of "Ukrainska pravda" detained in Moscow at event in support of Nadiya Savchenko

On May 11 in Moscow, at the event #FreeSavchenko near the pre-trial detention facility "Matrosskaya Tishina", police detained journalist of "Ukrainska Pravda” Anastasiya Rigis. The journalist managed to call from the detention bus, where she was taken to along with five more participants of the event.

  After detention, police pressured her "to follow local rules if you want to cover local events", and said it was a bad idea to hold a Ukrainian flag during the event. In total, 8 participants of the event were detained.
