Journalist of Depo.ua stated he received threats from "Batkivshchyna" party member

Journalists of online media outlet Depo.ua Ivan Zheved stated that he received death threats from former Crimean official and politician who supports the party "Batkivshchyna", Serhiy Korovchenko, who was the subject of journalist report. Ivan Zhaved reported this on his page in Facebook, and reported details to IMI.
It is about material named “Theyarenotthere” at Tymoshenko: we found notorious "Crimean Minister", Portnov's assistant, in “Batkivshchyna””, which was published at the website of the media outlet on March 15, and is about political activities of Serhiy Korovchenko.
According to the journalist, after the publication of the material the politician threatened - at first via text messages in social networks and to his phone, and later, by making a call personally and voicing the same threats. According to Zheved, Korovchenko used obscene language and promised to "punish" the journalist and "stop what he is doing".
Zheved published the print-screens of the text messages with threats at the media outlet website and a confirmation that the number they were sent from belongs to Korovchenko. The journalist will request the police to investigate this matter, and prepares to file official complaint to the law enforcement agencies.
