Journalist injured during protest rally in Kyiv region

A journalist was injured in Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky (Kiev region) during a protest rally after accidental death of 5years old boy shot by two allegedly drunk policemen,as to Detektor Media. The incident provoked massive actions of protest in Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky. A journalist for TSN Natalya Nahorna reported in a live broadcast that a journalist was wounded to the leg. “A journalist was injured. She was hit by stun grenade. The policemen are present here, they threw a fusee against them, but they did not react. Kyiv activists are burning up fusees. The police is targeted with fusees as well”. The injured journalist said she did not suffer much. To remind, on June 3rd, 5-years-old boy Kyrilo Tlyavov died in Kyiv hospital due to gunshot to the head. On May 31st, in Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky, two allegedly drunk policemen wounded him, as they were firing at cans close to playground where the kids played. On June 4th, two suspects police officers Volodymyr Petrovtsev and Ivan Prikhodko were detained. Initially, they were charged with hooliganism and causing grave bodily injuries, then the case was re-qualified as deliberate murder.
