Journalist from Volyn suggests that his draft notice was caused by his publication about head of Oblast State Administration Hunchyk

The editor-in-chief of the media outlet «Khroniky Liubarta»  ("Liubart's Chronicles") Andriy Luchyk received his draft notice in several days after his publication on the one-year term of Volodymyr Hunchyk at the position of the head of the OSA. The journalist cannot prove that these events were related, yet he thinks this is to much of a coincidence.
