"Inter" journalist says Syrian government denied him trip to Latakia

08.10.2015, 14:02

“Inter” military correspondent Roman Bochkala informed that the Syrian government denied him permission for a trip to Latakia city, where the Russian military base is situated. The journalist was denied access to his domestic flight in Syria, when he already had tickets. No permission from the Ministry of Information was quoted as a formal reason, but Bochkala claims that a day earlier he obtained consent from this ministry. "Someone pressured the Syrian government", the journalist concludes.
