In Zhytomyr region, house of journalist and «Stop corruption» activist set on fire - Bochkala

The independent journalist of Olevskyi information portal and deputy of Zhytomyrska oblast council Oleksander Nikolaichuk’s house was set on fire on March 6. The house was empty, no one lived there – it was inherited from the activist's grandmother. Nikolaichuk thinks that this was a revenge by local thugs, as he was investigating some assaults against taxi drivers in the area recently.
