In Zhytomyr, deputy grabbed journalist’s phone and threw it on staircase

In Zhytomyr, deputy of Zhytomyr city counci Mykhailo Pukhtayevych, who is suspect in the case of fraud related to automobiles, after the court session grabbed the cell phone which was used for video recording, from the hands of 112 channel journalist Olena Hahauz, and threw it on the staircase.

The journalist filed a complaint to the police, which started a criminal investigation against Pukhtayevych.

The litigation in question has been going on for seven years already.
