In Zaporizhzhya , journalist receives threats for covering search at base of "Khortytskyi polk"

On December 28 in Zaporizhzhya, and anonymous caller threatened the journalist of local media outlet "Zanoza" Mykyta Shliakhtunov for publication of information about the search at the base of NGO “Khortytskyi Polk”, Zanoza reports.

The people who conducted the search were wearing masks, they called themselves local police officers, yet they refused to show their document and warrant for the search to NGO representatives, activists and journalists. One of the activists was beaten by the masked enforcers for video recording and impeding the search. The journalist received an anonymous call with threats after the events in question. The caller warned him "not to impede the investigation" and promised that next time "we will have a different kind of talk".
