In Zaporizhzhia, district administration security guard threatened journalist
A security guard of Komunarska district administration of the city of Zaporizhzhia threatened the journalist and editor of the website 061 Tetiana Honchenko to break her equipment. The man disliked the fact that the correspondent was taking pictures, the media outlet reports.
The incident took place on April 5. As a part of her editorial assignment, Honchenko visited the city council member Volodymyr Kaltsev in the office in Komunarska district administration. She saw a line of people on the first floor who also wanted to be seen. The journalist started to photograph, and the security guard, seeing this, said that if she takes one more picture of him, he will break her tablet. The arguments that taking photographs is a part of a journalist's job and that he is in a governmental building, did not persuade the guard. He said he did not care, and started to photograph the journalist himself, promising to "put her pictures up on every pole".
