In Zakarpatska oblast, editor of newspaper is suspected of separatism

In Zakarpatska oblast, the Security Service of Ukraine investigators informed about suspicion to the founder and editor-in-chief of the local newspaper «Raboche-Krestyanskaya Pravda», in whose publications there were materials with elements of instigating ethnic dissension and violation of the Ukrainian territorial integrity. SSU notes that in one of the issues of this newspaper there were propaganda materials with an appeal to resist the central authorities of Ukraine, and to support the separatist sentiments in the Eastern regions.

The circulation of the newspaper was confiscated as evidence, SSU and prosecutor’s office initiated cancellation of registration for this printed edition.
