In Uzhhorod, security of intercity bus station again obstruct journalists

18.03.2015, 02:01

The filming crew of Uzhhorod-based TV channel «M-Studio» was forbidden by the security gaurds to film on the territory of Uzhhorod's central intercity bus station.

According to the report of IMI's regional representative in Zakarpatska obalst Tetiana Leheza, on March 13, the filming crew came to the station to film a story about poor quality of its services and about issues of transportation of people with benefits.

The station's security guard told them that the station is private property so filming is forbidden. To avoid escalation of the conflict, the journalists went on to film outside the bus station.

As IMI reported earlier, on February 23, the bus station's security would not let the correspondents of Uzhhorod TV channel «21 Telekanal» film.
