Entrepreneurs from Uman city Kolhospnyi Market report that some men try to gather funds introducing as businessmen, Informist reports. They told the locals that they organize a rally near the city council on Friday, related to new tax code, and they raise funds to get some mass media coverage there.

After journalist from Uman Viktoria Mykhailiuk-Vrachynska learned about this, she investigated, and learned that no one intended to gather any rallies or other events, no one registered the event in city council, etc. The journalist does not know who gathered the money and why, but she is certain they were not intended for the purposes they declared.
