In Sumy, unidentified individuals got into apartment of "Dankor" correspondent and stole his personal belongings

25.11.2014, 17:47

In Sumy, unidentified criminals, after getting into the apartment of the vice-editor-in-chief of the online media outlet «Dankor», Vladyslav Ivchenko, stole his personal belongings. The door was not damaged, so Vladyslav thinks that the thieves picked the lock. To the question whether it was related to his professional activities, Vladyslav said that it could be a coincidence, but he believes that recently in Sumy there was a wave of troubles caused to local journalists, for example, in summer the car of local correspondent of the same media outlet (“Dankor”) was burned. Still, Ivchenko does not think that the thieves did this specifically to impede his professional activities, as the incident looks like a usual burglary.
