In Sumska oblast, journalist complained to police about lasting conflict with election committee
On October 13, in Hlukhiv (Sumska oblast), journalist of the oblast newspaper «Nedelia» Vladyslav Zinchenko filed a complaint to the police about impediment to his professional activities by Hlukhiv city election committee, which is simply driving him away from the session room. This information was posted on OPORA web-site. The conflict between the committee and the journalist started on the first day of committee's work, on September 30. Since that time, it only was getting worse, and the newspaper decided they had to record footage of the sessions to have some proof of the committee’s conflict-inducing behavior. The committee’s vice head Nina Hlushchenko claimed that the journalist's recording "even private talks" intervenes with the committee members' privacy, and so the journalist was forced to leave and eventually had to file complaint to the police about the issue.
