On November 9 in Sevastopol, the correspondent of the Crimean online media outlet "Informer" was denied access to the city council session, QHA reports.
As the journalist said, at the entrance he was stopped by guards wearing police uniforms, who told him that his media outlet "is not on the list" and that "according to the Charter" he would not be allowed in. When the journalist asked what this Charter was and where he could read it, he received no answer. The media outlet filed a complaint on this case to the city prosecutor's office.
