In Russian special forces soldier’s trial, photo- and video-recording was prohibited

On June 10, the chief judge of the Court of Appeal of Kyiv city, Mariya Pryndiuk, banned video and photo recording of the court session reviewing the appeal against arrest of the Russian Chief Reconnaissance Department Forces soldier Yevgeniy Yerofeyev. Yerofeyev was brought into the room wearing a mask, his arm bandaged. During the session, he requested his attorney Rybin to be dismissed, and the court satisfied his motion. Yerofeyev's colleague Aleksandrov, captured together with him, did not appeal against his arrest.
