In Rivnenska oblast, head of rayon state Administration wants to fire editor who congratulated men with February 23

The head of Dubrovytska rayon state administration (Rivnenska oblast) Serhiy Kyrkevych will consider firing the editor-in-chief of the local rayon newspaper “Dubrovytskyi Visnyk” Liudmyla Rodina, who congratulated, on her own behalf, all men with February 23 – the Soviet-time Day of Motherland's Defender. The editor herself said that she inserted  congratulations by force of custom, after looking at the calendar.
