In Poltava, official of City Executive Committee was tactlessly impeding communication of journalist with mayor

On November 16 in Poltava, the head of the department for citizen petitions and general issues of Poltava City Executive Committee Ihor Veryha interrupted the journalist from the online media outlet "Kolo," who wanted to ask the mayor about installation of the monument to Ivan Mazepa in the city. The media outlet’s website reports about this. The incident took place at the meeting of city authorities. Before the incident, the mayor answered three other questions. The media outlet also published video record showing how Ihor Veryha refused to introduce himself and put himself on the way of the journalist trying to communicate with the mayor.
