On July 5 in Poltava, the journalist of “VPoltavi.info” Svitlana Bondareva was pushed out of the household appliances store by the store’s senior manager. The journalist was sent there by the editorial office on assignment to cover consumer rights observance there. This was reported by IMI representative in Poltavska oblast.
As soon as the manager spotted her camera, he said that video recording is forbidden in the store, pushed the journalist out and closed the door. The journalist called police, and only with support of police officers, she was able to enter the store and to accomplish her assignment.
