In Poltava, a journalist of a local TV company received an anonymous letter with her own photo from social networks and threats to kill her. This information was published at the website of the Chief Administration of National Police in Poltavska oblast. As it was clarified later, the name of the journalist is Olena Nykyforenko, she works with the TV channel “Ltava”. Last year, she received a similar letter. At that time, it was the fault of a local magician, who had a habit of sending letters with threats to journalists. Then, the police decided not to start any criminal cases, but just took some preventative measures instead.
