In Odesa, journalists were not allowed to city council session where city master development plot is considered

In Odesa, journalists and NGO representatives, as well as some deputies, were not allowed to be present at today's extraordinary session of Odesa city council, dedicated to approval of the city master development plot. As "Yuzhnyi Kurier" informs, the entrance was blocked by police officers and strong men calling themselves "municipal security", but refusing to present the relevant documents.
