In Odesa, electoral committee divided observers and journalists with red tape

In Odesa, at the electoral district No.135 (Prymorskyi rayon of Odesa) the electoral committee divided the places for observers from those for journalists with a red tape. The journalists and the observers were not allowed to leave the area, which is against any applicable laws or regulations. At that, this taped-out place was quite far from the table of the committee members, making it impossible to properly observe the process.
