On January 12, journalist of the online media outlet “Road contol of Mykolaiv”, member of the Independent Media Union of Ukraine Petro Tsytsylin filed a complaint to the police about a threat of physical violence against him. The criminal started threatening the journalist after publication of the journalist's material in December of 2015. The e-mails sent to the journalists included threats, backed by the personal data of the journalist and the journalist's family that the criminal has.
