In Minsk, two Ukrainian citizens were detained as they recorded video
On August 12, in the center of Minsk, a Specialized Police Unit detained two Ukrainian citizens who tried to film with their smart-phone a violent detention of an activist from Belarus.
As Hromadske informs, the people who were detained are volunteers of charity organization "Vostok SOS", Kostiantyn Reutskyi and Yevhen Vasyliev.
In the video published in the Twitter of Hromadske, six police fighters placed Yevhen Vasyliev face down, manacled him, and led him somewhere.

Kostiantyn Reutskyi is present in another video published by Hromadske. There, police officers of Belarus tackle a man wearing blue T-shirt. Nearby, women and girls knee and beg to release the detained man. Still, the man is being pushed into the police car.

Hromadske TV tries to contact the Embassy of Belarus in Ukraine, yet the Embassy does not answer.
