On August 12, in the center of Minsk, a Specialized Police Unit detained two Ukrainian citizens who tried to film with their smart-phone a violent detention of an activist from Belarus.

As Hromadske informs, the people who were detained are volunteers of charity organization "Vostok SOS", Kostiantyn Reutskyi and Yevhen Vasyliev.

In the video published in the Twitter of Hromadske, six police fighters placed Yevhen Vasyliev face down, manacled him, and led him somewhere.
