In Mariupol, pro-Russian rally participants attacked two journalists

On March 15, in Mariupol on the pro-Russian rally unidentified men attacked Mykola Lesogor, the journalist of the Association of journalists, publishers and broadcasters “Novomedia” and a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine. They tried to take away his digital video camera Sony DCR-SR88E (HDD 120Gb) and to delete his footage; they also tore away his journalist badge, when he was recording the rally near the building of the city executive committee. The pro-Russian rally participants also attacked the journalist of the website Guru.ua Denys Khvostikov and took away two memory sticks with information both from his photo and video cameras.
